The Institute of Prat Culture, launched in 1997 to coincide with the release of Chicken Hilton, has been updated to include some nice new features, like this news section. Expansion will shortly include some fun stuff for members of Hugo, the mailing list. Version 2.0 is planned as a growing site, and all feedback is welcome. To vent your spleen or otherwise, email us.
